yb leadership retreat 2007
last weeked, we came home from the yb leadership retreat.
rog had a coworker who lent us the place for free for four days in little egg harbor township. there was a total of 21 participants, including the 4 teachers. it focused on leadership through character studies, with the last session concluding with the theme verse found in phils. 2:3-4 and 2 tim.- paul’s laying down of his ministry.
it ended up being an emotional retreat, as well as extremely funny weekend- with all the inside jokes and loony moments. we were all really blessed for God’s convictions that last night…and i’m just so thankful for the youth as well as for the sacrifices made by perze, rogie, and leila.
